Must have fishing skills, know fishing: (fly seasons, fly tying), gear, tackle, etc.
Retail Sales Experience
Familiarity with local area waters and fishing spots
Ability to demonstrate and explain various fishing techniques to our customers
Must be able to provide top-notch customer service
Self Starter, self motivated to work with minimal supervision to search out projects and finish them in a timely manner
Must be computer literate
Have the physical ability to lift and carry 20-50 pounds on an occasional to repetitive basis, bend, stoop and climb ladders continuously.
