Job Description
HUB International is looking for outside or inside sales professionals who want to be the best, and work with the best, to join our sales team. The ideal candidate has completed a Bachelors degree and has at least 6 months to 3 years of inside or outside cold calling sales experience. This role provides an ambitious individual with the opportunity to develop additional sales skills through a 1-2 year training program in inside sales in order to advance to an outside sales role. This position will encompass a variety of critical responsibilities including:
Completing a high volume of outbound sales calls to prospective clients
Qualifying and transitioning sales leads to outside sales representatives
Responding to inbound calls and e-mails associated with leads in response to direct marketing efforts
Participating in inside sales campaigns in conjunction with the marketing team
Required Skills
Desired Skills & Experience:
6 months to 3 years of inside or outside cold calling sales experience
Strong ability to initiate, establish, and nurture meaningful business relationships over the phone
Upbeat and positive demeanor
Ability to maintain a high level of activity, manage multiple competing priorities, and work effectively in a results driven culture
Flexible with ability to adapt to change in a highly dynamic work environment
Outstanding written and verbal communication, presentation and time management skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and the internet
Required Experience
Additional Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelors degree
Strong business judgment, problem solving skills and initiative
Experience working in a performance based compensation structure

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
