This person must be hardworking, highly motivated, detail oriented and have great organizational skills.
Main Responsibilities Maintain 3.
5 acres of ground maintenance Maintain over 40 square feet of building maintenance Vendor management Expense Control Lot/vehicle arrangement Wash/Detail vehicles Basic vehicle maintenance / lube tech Service driver Light janitorial work Minimum Requirements Hard working Self-starter / self-motivated Flexible with the duties asked and time to complete them Customer service skills Organized Must have a valid driver's license Must have a clean driving record Must be able to pass a drug test and background check If you believe you have what it takes to become a part of a growing, successful company then please apply today!
