You will be the support in the daily operation of our newly opened Ag Dealership.
This position includes performing a variety of day-to-day clerical tasks, answering and routing incoming calls, assisting customers and functioning as part of our management team for a busy farm equipment dealership.
For the marketing peice you will be on social media promoting Tilleman Equipment as a brand as well as working with our marketing firm to create content for publishing and recapturing our co-op dollars.
This position is Monday thru Friday from 8 to 5.
Responsibilities Oversee and support all administrative duties in the office and ensure that office is operating smoothly.
Manage Office supplies, inventory and place orders as necessary.
Perform receptionist duties:
greet customers, and answer and direct phone calls.
Receive and sort incoming mail and deliveries, and manage outgoing mail.
Manage office budget.
Identify opportunites for process and office management improvements, and design and implement new systems.
Provide other administrative support as necessary, including rescheduling group meetings, maintaining calendars, doing research and creating reports.
Qualifications Bachelor's degree in business administration, communications, or related field.
2-5 years of work experience in an adminstrative/office management role.
Strong organization and time management skills, ability to prioritize, and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem -solving skills and analytical abilities.
Must be proficent with Microsoft Office and Google products.
Must be able to sit for prolong periods of sitting at a counter and working on a computer.
Must beable to complete drug test, background check and driving record check.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
