The right candidate must be a self-motivated, independent individual who can work autonomously and professionally at all times.
This is an entry level position that will lead directly into senior management after a six-month period.
Training will be provided, but prior experience is a bonus.
Candidates who apply must have the following criteria:
Own their own vehicle with a valid Driver's License.
Show proof of at least (2) years in a management or supervising position.
Pass an extensive background and drug test for pre-approval.
Have experience in maintenance and janitorial cleaning.
SCHEDULE TBD First 3 - 6 months new-hires must learn and be available for night shifts.
After night shifts and successful completion of time in company, schedules turn into (10-hour days) with three days off.
Overtime availability.
Turns to Day shifts after 6/months.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
