Our operation at the Great Falls International Airport is unique, with Food, Beverage, Retail and a Catering Venue all under one roof.
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic individual that can lead our diverse team to success.
As our General Manager, you will be managing all aspects of our operations, including Rockies Kitchen
Bar and our Retail locations both pre and post security.
In addition, you will be managing our event and conference center.
Achieving customer satisfaction and overall quality service while meeting/exceeding financial goals.
Position is responsible for short and long term planning, and the management of the Retail, Food and Beverage operations in the front and back of the house, along with keeping our Event and Conference center booked.
The successful candidate will develop and recommends the marketing plans and objectives and manages within those approved plans.
The major areas of responsibility/management include:
staffing, restaurant, bars, retail, catering and overall operations of both the front and back of the house.
The successful candidate:
Must be able to provide references within the Food, Beverage and Catering industry.
Must have exceptional time management skills Must be self-disciplined, motivated and able to work unsupervised Must be able to direct and build a team Job Type:
Full-time Pay:
$60,000.
