, EMT-B, CNA, Nurse Aid, Registered Respiratory Therapist, Licensed Practical Nurse) within the critical care areas of the hospital.
These individual work as an unlicensed healthcare team member that may be assigned patient care tasks within limits to their education and training.
Demonstrates the ability to deal with pressure to meet deadlines, to be accurate, and to handle constantly changing situations.
Demonstrates the ability to deal with a variety of people, deal with stressful situations, and handle conflict.
Will perform all job duties or job tasks as assigned.
Will follow and adhere to all requirements, regulations and procedures of any licensing board or agency.
Must comply with all Benefis Health System's organization policies and procedures.
Education/License/Experience Requirements:
Requires at least one of the following:
Current MT CNA license required.
Or Successfully completed the first two semesters of a national accredited nursing program required, or Licensed EMT (Basic or higher level) required.
Basic Life Support (AHA Healthcare BLS) required.
Recommended Skills Basic Life Support Certified Nursing Assistant Critical Care Health Care Licensed Practical Nurse Nursing Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
