You'll also assess, plan, organize, and participate in rehabilitative programs to improve patients' mobility, relieve pain, and prevent dysfunction.
This position includes overseeing clinic staff members.
We offer a competitive base salary between $80,000-90,000 per year, along with eligibility for Therapist Incentive Programs and Quarterly Profit-Sharing.

Responsibilities:
Developing and implementing individualized physical treatment programs to improve patients' physical functioning and relieve pain.
Conducting initial exams, evaluating progress, and adjusting treatments as needed.
Documenting treatment plans, progress, and prognosis in electronic charts.
Providing educational information to patients and promoting health and injury prevention.
Managing clinic operations, promoting the clinic within the community, and analyzing financial and efficiency reports.
Directing and supervising staff, ensuring a safe working environment, and assisting in tasks when needed.
Maintaining professional knowledge through ongoing education and participation in professional societies.

Job Skills &
Qualifications:
Completion of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
At least 3 years of clinical experience as a practicing Physical Therapist.
Current licensing in the state of Montana and CPR certification.
Strong desire for personal and professional growth, with exceptional communication skills.
Business management and supervisory experience preferred.
Solid understanding of biomechanics and functional movement highly valued.
