The Support Center Representative will serve as a liaison between our members and the credit union, responding to questions and requests on the phone and through online communication.
They will have a strong knowledge of credit union products and services, and promote these based on individual member needs.
The ability to handle a high volume of phone calls; learn a variety of systems, products and services; provide prompt, courteous and professional service; and process member transactions is required.
On occasion, they will research and resolve member questions, problems, and complaints concerning credit union accounts.
A candidate with a strong attention to detail and an aptitude for working with technology will thrive in this role.
Strict adherence to confidentiality is required, as are excellent verbal and written communication skills and phone etiquette.
A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
Call center and/or customer service experience is preferred.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
