What You Will Do As a Landscape Maintenance Technician, you will be working with a Landscape Maintenance Crew Leader making weekly visits to commercial and residential properties to provide necessary services to ensure that they are maintained to company standards.
These services include lawn mowing, seasonal cleanups, weeding, snow removal, etc.
Other responsibilities include:
Communicating effectively with management, coworkers and customers Notifying management of issues needing attention on customer properties Operating equipment in a responsible and safe manner Maintaining safe working conditions Ensuring work trailers are prepped with necessary equipment and fuel to complete the day's route Reporting any equipment in need of repair(s) to management Requirements Prior experience working in the green industry is preferred, but not required.
All applicants must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record with the ability to tow trailers and operate company vehicles.
Applicants should also be able to maintain a flexible schedule in the event of inclement weather, delays out of our control or a heavy workload.
Throughout the growing season, work weeks range from 35-50 hours per week.
Smoking is not allowed in company vehicles or on company property.
