POSITION
Summary:
This position is the first line of phone support and records all IT issues, evaluates them, and either resolves the issues or assigns them to other staff.
REPORTING RELATIONSHIP:
Position reports to the Infrastructure and Support Manager.
KEY RESULTS:
Delivers technical assistance and support in a professional, cooperative, efficient and timely manner.
Analyzes training needs for branches based on support line calls and provides recommendations to management.
Monitors and provides regular updates to company Intranet, Internet and Facebook websites.
Professionally documents best practices and frequently asked questions.
Works with Desktop Administrator to ensure that the email system is available for daily use.
Ensures that printer management software and printers are performing at an optimal level.
Responsible for user setup and application of appropriate security profiles for users.
Demonstrates commitment to be present and work all hours assigned as needed.
Willingly performs and completes any work assigned in an efficient, safe and productive manner.
Cooperates with employees, branch personnel, customers, suppliers and others with honesty, integrity and respectful manner.
Effectively communicates with management and co-workers.
Manages time efficiently and accepts responsibility for own decisions and actions.
Performs other projects and work as assigned.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS 1.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and to walk, climb, crawl, kneel, bend, squat, and reach overhead.
2.
Manual dexterity to work with small tools and instruments.
3.
Ability to hear and verbally communicate with vendors and employees.
4.
Ability to proficiently read, write, and speak English.
Qualifications:
Intermediate knowledge of all Microsoft Office 365 applications including Microsoft Exchange Server Intermediate knowledge of Desktop PC hardware and software Excellent customer service skills.
Ability to collect, organize and compile information.
Detail oriented with excellent writing and editing skills.
Flexible and able to balance several projects at one time.
Excellent computer and internet skills.
Good work ethic, with high honesty and integrity.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
